All Germany plans include 1 Gbit/s bandwidth unless a plan says otherwise. Pay at least 24 hours before expiry so the server and database stay online. United States prices stay blank until you enter them under Prices.
The monthly price is for the dedicated server. Some people order extra IPs on the same server. Ask support for those added addresses before you pay.
